Canadian Aces

This week's episode was rife with interesting sayings from VVP--

1) "He just got sucked out like a hoover vacuum."
2) "He's going up and down like a pop tart."
3) "He's steaming like an overcooked dumpling."
4) "Minh is tilting like a 3-legged bar stool."

Some other interesting things to note about this episode --
1) Mike and VVP kept calling Don Zewin "The Temple of Doom." What the hell was that all about? Maybe I missed something early on about it...
2) The final table structure in these WPT events is atrocious. It's great that the players aren't allowed to make a deal, that they each have about 15BBs, and that the difference between 3rd and 1st is ~730K. Rolling dice for hundreds of thousands of dollars certainly makes for interesting TV, but somehow it doesn't seem fair to the players. Hopefully this new WPT players council will better the whole situation.
3) I was embarrased for Minh Ly. It was like he was trying to get his money in bad. Gavin Smith and Dan Harrington both played like heros but were unable to beat that luckbox. Too bad for them.
4) Courtney Friel still sucks.

VVP - You’re right. Don looks like the Temple of Doom. (Not sure why VVP was calling him that)

Mike – Vince, If this guy wins 1 more hand he’s gonna say "Call me butter I’m on a roll!"

VVP – A lot of mind games going on right now.
Mike - Yeah, Including your own.

VVP – Look at Don’s face. What a sad sack.

VVP - That is just a violation.
Mike - You see Gavin take a drink.
VVP - That's not a drink, thats a guzzle.
